Regulations of TV Room
The TV Room is a public space provided by the college for students to enjoy leisure activities. To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we have established some rules and guidelines. Please read the following regulations carefully before using the TV Room.
Access to the TV Room is restricted to students and staff of S.H. Ho College ONLY.
Be mindful of your behavior and avoid disturbing others during your usage of the TV Room.
NO Eating and drinking in the TV Room. Please finish your food outside the room to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Keep the TV Room tidy by NOT moving the furniture outside of the room and cleaning up all trash after use. All furniture should be returned to its original location by the end of the activity.
NO decorations are allowed inside the TV Room without the permission of the Warden's Office.
Personal items are not allowed to be left in the TV Room. We assume no responsibility for any lost or stolen personal belongings. The TV Room will be cleaned regularly by staff on a twice-weekly basis. Any items left behind will be removed and discarded.
ONLY organisations under the S.H. Ho College Student Union are eligible to book the TV Room. Please clearly indicate which organisation you represent when booking.
If you suspect any inappropriate usage of the TV Room, please contact the hall tutor who is on duty for further actions.
We hope that these rules and guidelines will ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all users of the TV Room.
