What is SuperSaaS?

SuperSaaS is an online appointment scheduling platform for businesses of any size. It supports appointments, group classes, resource reservations, and complex multi-calendar scenarios from a single account.

Founded in Amsterdam in 2007, SuperSaaS serves more than 205,000 businesses across 60 countries in 35 languages. It is used across many industries, including education, sports and fitness, public services, and healthcare. Unlike tools built mainly for one type of booking process, such as Calendly, SuperSaaS is designed for organizations that need more flexibility and customization.

Paid plans start at $ 9 per month with no per-user fees and no limit on the number of schedules or appointments. The platform integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal, and Twilio, and can be embedded on any website via JavaScript or a WordPress plugin.

A permanent free plan is available for non-commercial use, limited to 50 upcoming appointments. SuperSaaS is hosted on GDPR-compliant servers in the European Union.
